Not cool how all the websites in this list today look the same, massive image with a couple feature products and then small less important boxes of content. I really can’t believe how bad sites were in 1998, that’s amazing!

It’s funny, though, that half the websites out there today still look like they were done in 1998, even though most of them were done recently. Lot of bad “web designers” out there.

Great stuff… I remember these sites. Still quite a few that look this way too. ;-)

    Fun article!

I was only about 6 in 1998, so I know only a little from personal experiences, however my parents (who are pretty old in there ways lol) are literally astonished over how fast the internet is now. They say that pages used to take sometimes hours to load. I get frustrated when pages take 30 seconds to load let alone an hour!!

The internet is changing very fast these days. Even flash is not enough for lovers of animation these days. Many things are available in the market which can give you the power to create real time 3D environment for a website & you can simply publish it on the flash website.
