Knowing how important written testimonials are to my business, I thought I would put in writing my appreciation of the services you and the team at GZDesign provided to us, and the finished website.

The day you telephoned to offer your services, my "gut" instinct was that just maybe you were the people to do the job, and my instinct served me well. I do not think any other web development company could have given me exactly what I wanted. You were prepared to work with me all the way, in the process showing an understanding of what I wanted to achieve (but could not articulate particularly well), and displaying patience at all times. I can quite understand why you are the person designated by your firm to deal directly with clients.

I appreciate that I was not always that easy to deal with, given that I had very firm ideas about what I wanted and did not want, and these ideas were not always in accord with good design principles (as you gently pointed out). You steered a middle road, finding a style that you could go with, whilst meeting my requirements, and I hope that the finished product is something you can be proud of (as I am).

This testimonial would not be complete without my making mention of the great after-sales service you have provided in addressing residual technical issues and trouble shooting problems, mainly relating to third party service providers. In addition, the training and documentation you provided to enable me to update the website myself is accurate and user-friendly.

Although this is addressed to you, I am very much aware of and appreciate Andreas' contribution as the web developer.

I have already, and will continue to refer people to you.
